Company Information

Kaisana Administrative Support

Hi, my name is Sheryl Michilli and I established my virtual assistance company, Kaisana Administrative Support, in 2001 in order to offer virtual assistance and business plan development services to small business owners who do not have the time nor the inclination to do all the paperwork necessary to successfully run a business. I have had over 20 years of experience in all aspects of office work, as well as specialized training in developing and writing business plans.

My company’s sole objective is to provide small business owners with a complete office support program to ensure their success.  By partnering with my clients, I am able to provide peace of mind that the administrative duties are being taken care of even when the client is away.

With offices in both Brighton and Grand Rapids, MI, I am able to offer local services to customers throughout southern Michigan and into central Michigan and northern Ohio, as well.  As a virtual assistant, I also provide services to companies world wide.

On a More Personal Note

I love working with computers and the programs that allow me to be creative. I have developed a special fondness for desktop publishing and spreadsheets, and I love designing websites.  Writing for business and pleasure is another of my passions and several of my articles have been published in magazines and on the internet.  I have also contributed to the section on Financial Plans for Up Close and Virtual: A Practical Guide in Starting Your Own Virtual Assistance Business, second edition, by Diana Ennen and Kelly Poelker.

In an effort to build my practice and to become a viable partner to my clients, I am constantly striving to learn everything I can in regards to building and running a successful practice.  I have recently graduated from an extensive 15 week program to develop my company’s business plan, including the financials. The program is offered by the Grand Rapids Opportunities for Women (GROW), and the information and the support I still get from them is a valuable asset to my company and to my success.

I have also earned the GVA certification when I became a graduate of Virtual Assistance U, "The Benchmark for VA Training," a great program that provides extensive training to new and veteran VAs in developing strong and successful practices.  VAU is recognized as one of the industry's leading training centers for VAs in the world.

I am also a proud graduate of AssistU, another fantastic organization specializing in training virtual assistants who are accepted into their highly competitive program.   AssistU is committed to providing highly trained and successful virtual assistants to the business community by training only those VAs who pass the pre-qualifying requirements,  as set up by the administrators of the VTP program.  I am proud to be a part of both the VAU and AssistU communities and will continue working with, and learning from them as long as I can.
